Each treat on our beautifully illustrated afternoon tea menu is an ode to iconic dishes and ingredients from key regions across the country.

Our delicate finger sandwiches will take your taste buds on an adventure around the south, from Wiltshire through our black autumn truffles with Brillat-Savarin, to Devon for fresh hand-picked crab with citrus yoghurt from Somerset. Severn & Wye smoked salmon is complemented by ricotta cheese created in our kitchens using milk sourced from small sustainable British farms, while the highest quality Hereford beef, one of the oldest British native breeds of cattle, goes beautifully with our horseradish cream.

A tantalising selection of sweet treats will transport you from Scotland to Surrey. ‘Cranachan’, coined “the uncontested king of Scottish desserts”, was originally a celebration of harvest. We source the best Scottish raspberries from Bruce Farm in Perthshire and combine with heather honey from the Highlands, Speyside single malt Scotch whisky and toasted Scottish oats. Our ‘Ginger Parkin’ is a contemporary take on the classic gingerbread cake, often associated with Yorkshire, while Silent Pool Gin, distilled in the heart of the Surrey Hills, cuts through the sweetness of the white chocolate in our special ‘Silent Pool Gin & Tonic Cake’.
